CHAVSA is born in Seville
CHAVSA begins operations with a clear vocation: to build and equip the spaces that companies need. From the start, a focus on the tertiary sector with a culture of closeness, quality and trust.
First major project as main contractor
CHAVSA takes a decisive step in its evolution by taking on its first work as main contractor: the Arts Pavilion of Expo 92 (Seville).
Consolidation in offices, retail and hospitality
CHAVSA expands its activity and consolidates its specialisation in spaces for companies: offices, retail, hotels and turnkey projects. Understanding the client, coordinating design–construction–FF&E and delivering spaces ready to operate.

CHAVSA adds new service lines linked to Facility Management.
Consolidation of the corporate headquarters in Seville
The company moves its main offices to Avenida de las Razas, in Seville, strengthening its corporate structure and management capacity. A Seville-based company with a vocation for national growth.
Entry into multi-family housing
CHAVSA delivers its first major housing development: 136 social housing units in Écija.
Opening of the Madrid office
CHAVSA opens an office in Madrid, a strategic step to support national and international clients and reinforce its presence in Spain's leading corporate market. A key platform for offices, retail, refurbishment and signature projects.
Landmark international project: new NATO headquarters
CHAVSA participates in the interior fit-out and equipment of NATO's new international headquarters — a project of great technical complexity and high quality demands.
Creation of ASAVA and Group specialisation
The Group launches ASAVA, a construction company specialised in retail, shopping centres, refurbishment and signature residential.
New chapter for the Madrid office
The Madrid office moves to its current premises on Calle Orense, reinforcing the Group's presence in the national corporate market.
