real shift: from static design to space in use<\/h2>\n<p>Traditionally, offices were designed around a fixed layout: workstations, private offices and meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<p>Today, that model has been left behind.<\/p>\n<p>In current projects, the starting point is different:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding how the space is used.<\/li>\n<li>Analysing actual occupancy.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying working dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipating future changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This gives rise to more complex spaces, where different uses coexist within the same office.<\/p>\n<p>But this type of design has a direct implication: <strong>it requires far more precise execution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>What the drawings don&#8217;t show: the challenge of making it work<\/h2>\n<p>In many projects, the design proposes very attractive solutions, but the difficulty appears when executing them correctly.<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open spaces combined with focus areas require real acoustic solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible layouts need installations prepared from the outset.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative zones involve a heavier technology load.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If these aspects are not resolved properly, the result is an office that \u00ablooks modern\u00bb but does not work day to day.<\/p>\n<p>That is why more and more companies are opting for integrated project models, where design and execution go hand in hand from the start.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Real flexibility: avoiding another refurbishment within 3 years<\/h2>\n<p>One of the most common mistakes is designing
