At the Divina Seguros offices, located in the Sevilla TechPark business district (Cartuja), a comprehensive turnkey project has been delivered across 490 m\u00b2, focused on upgrading and extending the communal areas: dining room, VIP area, meeting rooms and auditorium.<\/p>\n
The goal was not to \u00abrenovate for renovation’s sake\u00bb. The challenge was to turn fragmented areas into a flexible, coherent spatial system ready to evolve with the organisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n One of the project’s main approaches was to abandon the traditional logic of closed, single-use spaces in favour of a dynamic, transformable model<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The communal areas are no longer understood as isolated pieces and start to work as an ecosystem:<\/p>\n Each area is designed as part of a system capable of adapting to different operational scenarios.<\/p>\n This approach responds to a clear reality: today’s offices must absorb constant variability<\/strong> \u2014 internal training, larger meetings, presentations, corporate events or collaborative sessions \u2014 without increasing the built area.<\/p>\n The intervention incorporates movable partitions with high acoustic performance, allowing the spatial configuration to change depending on use.<\/p>\n This technical resource brings several strategic advantages:<\/p>\n It is not simply about dividing or joining rooms, but about introducing spatial intelligence<\/strong>.
