Representing Chavsa was Germ\u00e1n Peral, Regional Delegate for Andalusia, who presented the company&#8217;s vision and experience regarding the current and future challenges of the property development and construction sector.<\/p>\n<p>During the session, each attendee shared their perspective on the state of the market and the direction of the sector in Andalusia, addressing topics such as the pace of construction, housing demand, the influence of innovation and sustainability, and growth opportunities in the short and medium term. The gathering also served as a valuable networking space, strengthening ties and encouraging collaboration between the participating companies.<\/p>\n<p>The day was also attended by Elena Segura, coordinator of Andaluc\u00eda Inmobiliaria, and Rosa Hafner, director and editor of the magazine, who announced the preparation of an extensive report on the reflections and conclusions drawn from the colloquium.
