Believing in yourself to create great projects<\/h2>\n

Five years ago, the idea was born of publishing a collection of business advice from leading CEOs in our country. The challenge was not simple: getting great leaders, many of them unknown to me at the time, to devote part of their valuable time to sharing knowledge selflessly.<\/p>\n

However, the conviction that \u00abbelieving in your own ability\u00bb and not being defeated by limiting thoughts is the basis for achieving any goal was the driving force that helped us bring this ambitious purpose to life. Today, after years of effort and perseverance, we can proudly say that that first edition has evolved into a true benchmark, providing inspiration to business owners and professionals who want to face each year with optimism, passion and determination.<\/p>\n

The qualitative leap: 5th edition with 50 pieces of CEO advice<\/h2>\n

In this fifth edition, the project takes a giant step forward: we have brought together 50 pieces of advice from CEOs, Presidents and Managing Directors! A milestone we would never have dreamed of when it all began. Each of these leaders contributes their vision, experience and lessons learned, forming a compendium of strategies and reflections for successfully navigating today’s business environment.<\/p>\n

This achievement would not have been possible without the selfless collaboration<\/strong> of these great professionals, who have contributed their grain of sand to inspire other leaders and teams, highlighting the importance of trust, resilience and flexibility in decision-making.<\/p>\n

Recognising the leaders who face challenges every day<\/h2>\n

One of the key aims of this publication is to give visibility and recognition to the daily work of each of these executives. Leading with courage, integrity and vision is no easy task. Even so, many face the complexity of business management without letting themselves be chained down by negative or limiting thoughts. Their ability to motivate teams, face strategic decisions and overcome obstacles \u2014 both internal and external \u2014 is a reflection of dedication and courage that deserves to be shared.<\/p>\n

Over these five years we have come to understand that the secret of a successful project lies in the willingness to share and help.
