Chavsa, a leading company in the construction, refurbishment and rehabilitation of spaces, took part in the now traditional annual Developers and Contractors Colloquium Lunch organised by the magazine Andalucía Inmobiliaria. The gathering, held on 20 February at the Casa Lonja restaurant (Seville), brought together ten of the most influential companies in the sector in the region.

The event, moderated by Iñigo Molina, regional delegate of Colliers, was attended by senior representatives of Aedas Homes, Azvi, Cartuja I., Culmia, Galia, Grupo Gs, Grupo Insur, Martín Casillas and Metrovacesa. Representing Chavsa was Germán Peral, Regional Delegate for Andalusia, who presented the company’s vision and experience regarding the current and future challenges of the property development and construction sector.

During the session, each attendee shared their perspective on the state of the market and the direction of the sector in Andalusia, addressing topics such as the pace of construction, housing demand, the influence of innovation and sustainability, and growth opportunities in the short and medium term. The gathering also served as a valuable networking space, strengthening ties and encouraging collaboration between the participating companies.

The day was also attended by Elena Segura, coordinator of Andalucía Inmobiliaria, and Rosa Hafner, director and editor of the magazine, who announced the preparation of an extensive report on the reflections and conclusions drawn from the colloquium. This article will be available in the next issue of Andalucía Inmobiliaria, a leading source of information for professionals and companies in the Andalusian real estate sector.

Chavsa thanks Andalucía Inmobiliaria magazine for organising this event and reiterates its commitment to the progress and sustainable development of the real estate sector in Andalusia.
